Pleasant run out to various sites in the Lower Derwent Valley earlier today. Decent bird list with good numbers of waterfowl, mixed flocks of Lapwing & Golden Plover, Curlews, excellent views of a Red Kite. Absent were the mass Swan herds - next time perhaps😀 #LDV #FloodplainMeadows #Birds #Rivers
