I was skeptical about the Bhel Salad at #Fontainhas in #DUMBO, but they have effectively translated the savory crunch & tangy tamarind bite of bhel puri, with puffed rice & tiny dried chickpeas, into a lighter format with nice mixed greens and cilantro.
