Let’s build a Foothill College Green Party club! It’s time to help build up a political party that fights for PEOPLE, PLANET, & PEACE & a sustainable future for all. Putting the people in power via a 3rd party is long overdue in the USA. We’re forming a Green Party club and need at least five students to join us before October 12th 2025. Our Ten Key Values Guide our Vision: Peace, Social Justice, Ecology, Sustainable Economics, Democracy, Decentralization, Feminism & Gender Equality, Respect for Diversity, Personal & Global Responsibility, Future Focus & Sustainability

A moment of dialogue: Kate Jordahl at the Foothill College book pre-release I attended the pre-release event for two books at Foothill College in Los Altos Hills, California. One was by my photographer friend Oliver Klink, who introduced his new book Poetry in Motion, a photographic exploration of horses. The other was Sphere of Time by Geir Jordahl. In this photo, his wife, Kate, is engrossed in a conversation. Kate, who retired this year, had a long and distinguished career as the photography professor at Foothill College. -- ƒ/0.95, 50 mm, 1/350 sec, ISO 1600, Sony A7 II, Canon 50mm f0.95 "Dream Lens", HDR, CC BY-NC-SA 4.0, © 2024 Peter Thoeny, @Quality HDR Photography
