Photograph of a very tiny waterfall in the foothills of the Pennines, before reaching the proper forest area. Took the photograph crouched down looking up the hillside. Big stones covered in moss past which burbles icy-white water. Ferns burst out here and there. Behind are winter skeleton trees and evergreens, and a small tree holding onto its copper beech leaves on the right. White sky overhead. A real winter colour palette.
