The Lady of Pain from Planescape. She has eight sword blades on her back and 15 on her crown. Her face is a stoic bronze/gold mask. Her dress is varying shades of red and gold. Her arms are in front of her, with hands in sleeves.
The Lady of Pain is one of my favorite characters. She is so enigmatic in presence and appearance!

Three druid staves. Top is dark wood with a sickly green flame-like shape for the Circle of the Blighted. 2nd is a light brown wood with a fire ball for Circle of Wildfire. 3rd is a purple wood with a space/star-like ball for Circle of the Stars. 4th is a green/brown wood with a brown/green/yellow ball at the top for Circle of Spores. The last is a warm brown wood with a moon like ball at the top for Circle of the Moon.
