Fresh Chickpea and Paneer Curry

Fresh green chickpeas are very popular in India, especially in Northern part of India. They are called hara chana or choliya. This time, I made curry with paneer.

Pan-fried Fresh Chickpeas

Boil the chickpeas with the pods for a couple of minutes first and then pan-fry/roast them without oil until the pods slightly charred. Turn off the heat and put some sslt and mix them.
