His face is tense, expressing suspicion, head tilted down a bit. He holds his clawed hand in front of him. His attire is dark with spiky shoulder pads.

Viinturuth, second frost dragon who is as fanatically loyal to Alduin as Sahloknir. Though he is much different from the first inquisitor.
