BobaBoard Volunteer Application: Volunteers Coordinator Edition BobaBoard is looking for a Volunteer coordinator to help recruit, organize, and direct volunteers in pursuit of our mission to improve the experience of fandom communities on the web. We welcome applicants with all kinds of related experience, including experience from conventions, events, fanclubs, zine organization, and modding work. International candidates are encouraged to apply. This is a volunteer position. An ideal volunteer coordinator for this position is someone who can: act as a guiding hand to help other volunteers wranglers succeed in their work prioritize key tasks and projects to keep their team moving along make sure volunteers follow through on their obligations give feedback to volunteers when needed The right candidate would be able to maintain a clear vision of the needs of the larger organization, helping their group align and collaborate with other teams.
