Half the haul from two apple trees in the garden. This year has been a bumper haul. I’m thinking at least one cider for next summer and a few apple pies and crumbles for the winter!

Potatoes being deep fried in vegetable oil seasoned with sesame oil
Golden fried potato deliciousness.
Raw julienned potatoes stuck in a tall chinese food container and soaking in lightly salted water.
Whats my Undiagnosed But We're Pretty Sure obsession lately? Potato. These were thick cut and double fried! After the first batch I put the rest in salted water in the fridge for next time :9 Maybe I'll do oven baked next time!
