Manga Planet October 1, 2025 Closure of Manga Planet's Digital Platform Thank you very much for supporting Manga Planet since our launch in 2019. Through our digital subscription service and platform, our team has worked to increase legal access to manga in English and ways for artists and publishers to receive support for their work. Over the years, access to manga has evolved, and we are happy to see an increasing number of legal ways for readers to enjoy and support manga. However, due to various circumstances like recent restrictions from payment processors and the changing online landscape, our team has found it difficult to continue. With saddened hearts, we plan to close Manga Planet’s digital service at the end of March 2026. While we will no longer operate an independent digital platform, we will shift focus to print licenses and continue our print releases through our Manga Planet label and futekiya imprint. Below is the closure schedule for Manga Planet’s digital platform. Any updates or changes will be made through our website and official social media accounts. [A timeline appears here, described below] ・October 31, 2025: Points, 3, 6, and 12-month passes will no longer be available for purchase ・February 28, 2026: 1-week and 1-month passes will no longer be available for purchase ・March 31, 2026: Manga Planet’s digital platform will close ・Late April 2026: Support for Manga Planet pass refunds will end [The text continues in the next attached image]

Regarding Refunds: ・Points and content will not be refunded ・Manga Planet Passes will be refunded for the amount extending past the closure date. Pass Holders eligible for a refund will be contacted separately before the closure date Manga Planet’s digital platform will continue until the end of March 2026, and readers will still be able to make purchases with their points and read until their Passes expire. We thank you again for all of your support for the years and apologize deeply for our lack of strength to continue digitally. Our team will work to bring beloved titles to print and expand availability. Future print license announcements and updates will be made in the near future through our official social media accounts and website. The Manga Planet Team
