Apparently this cartridge worked like a memory card and provided additional memory for Sega CD save files. I had no idea that additional memory was a thing for SegaCD

Grandia HD Collection for XBox Series X

I've mentioned the HD Collection a few times recently, so here it is. I already had it for Switch, but also grabbed the Series X edition from Limited Run.

Seeing Mouse P.I for Hire not only gets a Switch 2 version, but is fully on the cart, and at $40 (standard edition) no less - hopefully a sign of future trends.

As a collector, there is so much I have been skipping in hopes of fully being on the cart making a comeback.

I'm torn on this game. I'm typically not a big fan of the metroidvania genre. It's based on Slavic myths, though, and I do tend to like games that explore different cultures.
