My favorite dessert is made with treasures from the garden: This is gelato made from uva fragola (strawberry grape), carefully enriched with spices like cinnamon and cardamom, and a hint of white pepper. We use spices to bring out the flavor of the grape.

The Gardens of Palazzo Zorzi in mid-November

The gardens of Palazzo Zorzi in Castello, Venice, are one of my favorites, so I’m sharing them first on Bluesky. They are filled with pergolas covered in uva fragola vines, ivy, and wild vines.
