Treadmill Run/Walk Progression 10/20/2025. This morning’s treadmill run/walk was done using 2.0% incline with a run speed of 5 mph and a walking speed of 2.5 mph starting with a ratio of 1:1 and increasing the run portion by 1 minute every 10 minutes. #treadmill #runwalkrun #garminforerunner245
