#Marvel pulled a fast one on #DC when they claimed the name #CaptainMarvel in 1967 when the character was created in #MarvelSuperHeroes #12 by #StanLee & #GeneColan. As a result, DC couldn't use the name for the original character, changing it to #Shazam.
