Capochin is holding onto one of his arms as if to attempt to self-soothe. at the top there is a text saying "Histrionic Personality Disorder & Borderline Personality Disorder Codependent Culture is whatever the fuck these two got going on." followed by an additional comment in brackets stating "Someone get them a therapist, I beg".
