H’WEEN Season Flick#10- PHANTOMS: 1st time watching, likely last. Young Affleck plays a cop who used to be FBI. Seems unlikely. Sweet premise with sisters arriving to town w/ everyone dead then devolves into a story about demonic evil sludge that possesses I think? 4/10 #horror #ghostoil
