I've counted my days since we spent time together, and I *think* I've already tested in-the-clear past that particular day. (I've been posting my own post #GlasgowWorldcon2024 self-tests, partly to keep myself honest in the post-con follow-up.)

Oh dear. A friend who also attended the #GlasgowWorldcon2024 has e-mailed to advise me that they've also started testing positive for covid.

Happy to report entirely clear. I think that I can probably deduce that folks I spent time with at the con on Thursday didn't pick it up in a venue we were in together... Maybe Friday, too, but... well.

I've decided to jump into winding off one of my skeins from #ThirdVaultYarns, bought during #GlasgowWorldcon2024 - a skein of the Alba in the Librarian sock-weight, wound into two "cakes" - one for each sock!
Rather liking the look of the fabric, so far! The colors seem a bit off in the photo, tho.

Man, I've been looking at the variety of textiles folks are wearing at #GlasgowWorldcon2024 and I *really* wanted your blouse to be sporting, I don't know, Tardises or UFOs or something.

Delightful panel today, the Patterns for SFF crafts, turned out to be more process oriented than I'd expected. But that turned out to be for the best, and I learned a LOT, even if I didn't have any specific questions or projects in mind. Lots of wisdom exchanged!
