So yeah, overall, #Glasslip was a well animated failure. PA Works should have and COULD HAVE done way better with this one.
I found myself wondering "Where is happy, funny show that's in the ending credits, with the dancing chibis?" #Glasslip
#Glasslip With the exception of Hiro and Touko's little sis, all the characters are just so boring! I was not interested in ANY of them!
Granted, #NagiNoAsukara had more drama than a soap opera, but at least you got what was going on in the story! #Glasslip is just confusing.
Story-wise #NagiNoAsukara was FAR SUPERIOR than #Glasslip for the simple fact that the whole story was built on a stable simple premise.
#Glasslip, to me, looks like it was trying to build on it's success with #NagiNoAsukara with the whole drama thing, but EPIC FAIL on that!
I did not get the story that #Glasslip was trying to tell. It made NO SENSE to me whatsoever on any level. It's just a well animated mess.
#Glasslip is an insult to the Slice of Life genre.
Now for the Negatives of #Glasslip. Pull up a chair, cause this is gonna take a while.
I enjoyed the story arc with Hiro and Sacchi. In fact, if the story was focused on them, then I would have a better opinion of it. #Glasslip
The Opening and Ending themes are great, and the Chibified ending title sequence is downright funny and adorable. #Glasslip
#Glasslip Character designs are also well done, save for Hiro's stupid hairband thing. I really liked how everyone looked in this one...
Let's highlight the good points. #Glasslip is, hands down, the most beautifully animated series of the season. It's a feast for the eyes

So, Kakeru's tent killed the grass under it leaving a large, square patch of dead grass. What a metaphor for this series. #Glasslip
