(사진=품엔터테인먼트) 홍주찬은 2017년 그룹 골든차일드(Golden Child)의 메인보컬로 가요계에 데뷔했다. 당시 맑고 시원한 음색과 가창력을 앞세워 팀의 음악적 색깔을 이끌며 존재감을 쌓았다. 이후 무대를 뮤지컬로 확장했다. 2020년 ‘광염소나타’로 뮤지컬 배우 활동을 시작한 그는 ‘알타보이즈’, ‘이퀄’, ‘할란카운티’, ‘파가니니’, ‘너의 결혼식’ 등 여러 작품에서 다양한 캐릭터를 맡으며 작품 수를 꾸준히 늘려왔다. 가수와 뮤지컬을 오가며 활동 영역을 넓혀 온 가운데, 이번에는 온라인 팬덤 플랫폼 합류를 통해 소통 방식을 다변화했다. 팬들과의 거리감을 줄이는 구조를 마련하면서 무대 밖에서의 접점도 함께 키우는 흐름이다. 하이앤드는 홍주찬 합류에 맞춰 DM 12개월 기간형 이용권을 마련했다. 이 이용권은 하이앤드 웹을 통해 구매할 수 있으며, 기존 월 정기결제와 비교해 할인된 금액으로 책정됐다. 유료 이용권 고객을 위한 혜택도 더해졌다. 4월 15일부터 21일까지 DM 12개월 기간형 이용권을 구매한 이들에게는 홍주찬의 미공개 실물 포토카드가 한정 수량으로 제공된다. DM 이용자 대상 이벤트도 진행된다. DM 이용권을 보유한 고객이라면 누구나 참여할 수 있는 인증 이벤트가 준비돼 있으며, 참여자에게는 디지털 리워드가 지급될 예정이다. 이용권과 이벤트 관련 세부 안내는 같은 날 문을 연 홍주찬의 하이앤드 라운지에서 확인할 수 있다. 팬 맞춤 게시판과 메시지 서비스 안내가 함께 제공되면서, 참여 방법과 혜택을 한곳에서 살펴볼 수 있는 구조다. 한편 하이앤드는 2024년 애플리케이션 출시 후 배우 라인업을 지속적으로 확장해 왔다. 홍주찬의 스타 라운지와 DM 서비스는 4월 15일부터 본격 운영에 들어갔다.
