Dang, this is a good one. I’m too busy watching to catch most of the posts.
I’m especially struck by how well the stops-motion is incorporated into the story and the live action. It has much less “set pieces” feel than “Jason and the Argonauts.”

Another great Harryhausen flick tonight on #Monsterdon, "The Golden Voyage of Sinbad" (1973). And yet, with all the stop-motion magic on screen, the most amazing special effect is still Caroline Munro's midriff.
