Still too cold outside. So I did a 3.5-mile treadmill walk. Speed: 3.0. Incline: 4.0. Will gradually go up to 10 on the incline and a total daily distance of 7 miles, which is the same as walking 18 holes. Getting ready for golf season! Now will do some band work! #FitLiveWin #GolfinBruhs
