A 78rpm gramophone record in a cover. The cover is brown card with black lettering - Our records speak for themselves! Grimshaw's Radio 25, Rushton Street & Market Hall Bolton. Telephone Bolton 2439. And as Radio Corner, Ormskirk Telephone Ormskirk 14. Accredited Agent for His Masters Voice and Columbia Gramophones and Records. Complete Stocks Held. Easy Payments Arranged. There is a line drawing over approx 1/3 of of the cover, showing the edge of a building, with a drainpipe, and a streetlight in the background. The foreground is an older male sat on the floor, his back against the building, playing an accordion and operating two small dancing puppets on a line attached to his shoe. The record by Parlophone has a burgundy label with text in gold. The Song is The Warblers Serenade, played by Frank Westfields's Orchestra, Prince of Wales Playhouse, Lewisham with Whistling by James Bendon. It also has and orange and white 1d value stamp.

Quite possibly one of the best record shop covers.
