Has anyone noticed that #grammarly is suggesting lots of em dashes? I guess the program is being influenced by an LLM. Makes me want to look for an alternative. I had a previous rule of two em dashes per novel and one semicolon. So, I have to dismiss lots of suggestions. #editing #writerscommunity

I'm not sure why, but I'm finding Laffy Taffy pairs well with #editing. It's possible there'll be a reckoning with the Easter Bunny later, but #Grammarly has all sorts of suggestions for me today. I need those jokes. And the taffy TBH.

It’s just incredible how the #Grammarly CEO simply refuses to engage with @reckless.bsky.social pointing out the business model difference. If my livelihood is selling my expertise, some company taking it for free and giving it to their users doesn’t help me, even if they do give me attribution.
