This ‘action’ is generally portrayed with extremely graphic, quite bloody and supremely gory scenes of human heads or entire bodies exploding, body parts being blown off or hacked off, et cetera ad infinitum, which is to say the filmmaker squeezes as many horrid and disgusting scenes of people being dismembered and gruesomely slaughtered as possible into the presentation; what some folks might call non-stop totally sickening unnecessary carnage. These presentations are offered up as ‘entertainment’. We actually pay to see this stuff! Who says we don’t have good role models? Good thing this is only make believe and we don’t have to deal with such violence in the real world!! eh?
