Good use of ripe green plantain... so I made this hybrid Puerto Rican breakfast. #GreenPlantain #Plantain
Basically, I stir fried on pan the ripe plantain with a dash of olive oil until each side as a golden brown. I also made a diced red potatoes cooked in olive oil with freshly cut basil.
