Big Ork warboss with a tricorn hat, modelled after Blackbeard AKA Edward Teach. Biggest giveaway is a bunch of lit fuses in his beard. Right hand has a sleeve of four ship cannons with various things inside them being loaded by a giant blue-ringed octopus, with his left hand being a giant crab claw fitted with metal spikes. Parrot rests on his shoulder.

Two prints of the same model, a Lizardmen Skink for Blood Bowl running. Both are painted in a very similar color scheme, but the model on the left is painted with really thick paint and looks, by the creator's opinion, a lot worse. It lacks highlights or shading, and looks lumpy. The one on the right has paints thinned appropriately, with proper highlights and eyes with actual pupils.

I think I've improved at painting a bit. Definitely got better at not using over-thick paints and highlighting.
