जीएसटी अपडेट: सिगरेट-कोल्ड ड्रिंक से लेकर आईपीएल टिकट तक 40% टैक्स के दायरे में, ये सामान हुए महंगे Business News: देश में आज से जीएसटी के नए स्लैब लागू हो गए हैं। कई जरूरी सामान सस्ते हुए हैं, लेकिन विलासिता और स्वास्थ्य के लिए हानिकारक उत्पादों पर टैक्स बढ़ गया है। सरकार ने तंबाकू उत्पादों, कोल्ड ड्रिंक्स, लग्जरी कारों और आईपीएल टिकटों पर 40% का नया जीएसटी स्लैब लागू किया है। नए जीएसटी व्यवस्था के तहत 12% और 28% के स्लैब को हटा दिया गया है। अब मुख्य रूप से 5% और 18% के दो स्लैब ही रह गए हैं। इससे दैनिक उपयोग की अधिकतर वस्तुएं सस्ती हुई हैं। लेकिन 'सिन गुड्स' श्रेणी में आने वाले उत्पादों पर टैक्स बढ़ाकर 40% कर दिया गया है।

जीएसटी नई दरें: 22 सितंबर से महंगाई होगी कम, दैनिक उपयोग की वस्तुएं होंगी सस्ती New Delhi News: वित्त मंत्रालय ने 22 सितंबर 2025 से लागू होने वाली नई जीएसटी दरों की अधिसूचना जारी कर दी है। इसके तहत रोजमर्रा की जरूरत की वस्तुओं पर कर दरें कम की गई हैं जबकि विलासिता की वस्तुओं पर दरें बढ़ाई गई हैं। नई व्यवस्था से आम उपभोक्ताओं को significant relief मिलने की उम्मीद है। नई अधिसूचना में पहले की अधिसूचना संख्या 01/2017 को निरस्त कर दिया गया है। इसके स्थान पर सात नई अनुसूचियां जारी की गई हैं। इन अनुसूचियों के आधार पर विभिन्न वस्तुओं को अलग-अलग कर दरों में वर्गीकृत किया गया है।
