Just keeping positive here, working on more tech certification(s) & weightlifting percentages. I'm 178lbs and working on Barbell Curling minimum of 4 reps at 115lbs no assists or tools, that's bicep curling ~65% of my body weight. Not what I used to do but its a good goal.
