HPPA’s Carolynn was admiring the shrublands at high elevation in our partner #haleakalanps when she noticed this introduced ladybug snuggled in the green. #Ladybugs 🐞 were introduced to Hawai’i intentionally and accidentally–the former for pest control–over the last 100 years or so.
