Body and neck prep on the ES335 kit guitar. The back of the guitar body is same stain color as the headstock, sides are natural. Neck was glued in.
ES335 guitar kit starting to look like a guitar. Still needed to make all the component connections.
When I looked at the prices on fret leveling sanding blocks, I decided I could make my own. Made two of them with three different sand paper grits, and was still cheaper than buying one.
The finished result, and I'm very please with how it turned out. Sounds great, plays nice. Now I need to find a model...
Most recent guitar build, haven't even posed it with a model yet. Purchased a set neck ES335 but upgraded all components... Grover tuners, roller bridge, pickups and pots too. Used wood dye for color. She turned out nice! #ES335 #customguitar #hallowbody #guitarkit #ibuiltthis #myguitars
