Passed the house, headed to the Senate, and then Governor Lamont's desk. Since it was one of @GovNedLamont's bills I assume he will be happy to sign it. Not as happy as me though. I'm ready to shine a BIG flash light on our MPO processes here in the land of steady habits. #HB6670
