Week two of my #HeartFoundation walking plan 😬 and the exciting news is I finished the same walk I did last two minutes faster today - small steps are better than no steps.

Upped my walk by 30% this morning 😬, probably could have gone longer but was over #HeartFoundation suggestion anyway and my new sneakers aren’t working for me 🤔
