The 14 days are finally over! Took the #heartholter off last night & I'm so happy. Went through a total of 3 #patches & they all itched/created #irritation. After, this is what my chest looked like. Dry, red, #itchypatches & some scabs. Bandaids/med tape #irritate me too, just not as bad. #Allergy??

💓 2 wks ago, I had a #health scare that made me go to the ER. Woke up w/ my #heart pounding & it lasted for 10-15 mins. Long story short, I've had this happen before, but I was always awake & could calm it by lying down. I have a 14-day #heartholter. Hopefully, it catches something.🤞🏽
