"Not interoperable" meaning you can't ride bikes between them? They *are* both on the #Beryl app (I've just checked). It's no different to the situation in Herts where #Watford & #Hertsmere (Borehamwood) are separate schemes despite being even closer.

Are British County Council's useless? I need some large household items removed - happy to pay, but am told I have to wait 1 and a half months.

No wonder there is fly tipping. Even worse, they could double the service, create income for itself and create employment.
