銀之塔
ミニセット
(ミックスシチュー＆グラタン）

シチューとグラタン、せっかくなので両方食べられるミニセット。

ミックスシチューは、ビーフとタンのミックスなんですね。見えませんが、じゃがいも、玉ねぎ、にんじんも入ってます。
お肉は溶けそうなほど煮込まれてます。
洋食というより和食屋さんが作ったような上品なシチュー、他と違う初体験の感覚でした。

銀座ヤンヤン
手打ち麺＋半チャーハンセット

お昼は東銀座にあるこちらのランチメニューから。
自家製手打ち麺が有名。上海炒麺がよぎりつつ、初めてならノーマルかなと思い直して醤油ラーメンとチャーハンのセット。

太めでまっすぐな麺は、もっちりしててラーメンには珍しい。
湯麺も美味しいけど、太いので炒麺により合いそうですね。
