We at #royalcanalparkrun1 had a milestone with our 5000th finisher at event #230. We had 219 participants, 37 PBs, eleven visitors and 4 first timers. Grab a cuppa and enjoy the read. We love walkers why not bring a friend.

Another new #parkrun this morning. Oaklands College is a lovely mudfest of a two-lapper with a swamp. It was only the 4th event there this morning. Hats off to the event team who've devised a really interesting course in a small space and of course to the #hivisheroes. #loveparkrun
