Look what arrived this afternoon - wheat grain for home milling. What I love about Hodmedods is that on most of their products there is information on the packaging telling you who has grown the wheat and where it is from. I can’t wait to use the ‘new to me’ wheats. #sourdough #hodmedods #bread

A list of wheat berries I ordered today. I am especially looking forward to trying out the black wheat. Lincolnshire (where I live) is a big farming county and 2 of these wheats are grown locally. It is therefore really nice to support local farmers.
