Under the 2022 #OSTP #NelsonMemo, fed agencies must make agency-funded research #OpenAccess in "agency-designated" #repositories. Same under the 2013 #HoldrenMemo. This is the first time any fed agency designated a repo neither built nor hosted by govt agencies. 👍
