A plant in a black plastic pot sits any red ceramic tray. The plant has two fronds with small, round, alternating leaflets. There are a lot of dead, dried up leaves in the center.

Went to Menard’s to pick up a few things and they had some small plants on sale for $1. This one was just marked “Fern” and was one of two that looked potentially salvageable. 🌱 #HousePlantRescue

I have a thing for rescuing houseplants from local grocery stores. Where they overwater plants and try to kill them. And then I buy them off the clearance rack for $5 and then forget to water them ~ and they thrive in my life.
