Math is not really about adding and subtracting. It's really about understand logic, patterns and critical thinking. I think we went wrong when we started telling others that "It's ok to not be good at math". Would we tell people, "It's ok to not be good at critical thinking"? #HowWeGotInThisMess

Feels like 'shifting baseline syndrome' as applied to liars and gaslighters which created the sludge we're currently wading through. Collective memory loss, blatant denial, and red tape are going to finally do us in.
