1 week post foot surgery, and I was able to go out and feed the horses this morning. It felt good to be able to do that - I'm not great at allowing other people to do everything for me!

The thing about me is I won’t ask for help but when I do the same ppl who are like “why don’t you ask for help?” Are the same ones who are “too busy” to help when I do finally breakdown and ask for help 😂🤷🏻‍♀️ full circle as to why I don’t ask for help 😅
