I spent 12 hours in Chicago overnight on Thursday, impressed by good manners, empathy. A cleaner from Jamaica was going home to organize a fundraiser on her day off. Another cleaner was handing out blankets for those of us stuck. In security, I forgot my laptop, and was chased after. #ILoveChicago
