昨日のおやつ。
松屋銀座の銀座・手仕事販売所へ行ったついでに、地下の和菓子コーナーに出店されている”いちや”の大福を買って帰りました。
餅の柔らかさ、あんこの甘さと硬さ、どちらもちょうど良い。
これは名品ですね。
