Went shopping for some new pants today. Not pictured but I bought 3 new pairs of pants. I’m in a 34 waist for the first time in nearly 15 years. I’m also for the first time in ages wearing a size medium. Today I am proud of me.

Still a ways from where I plan to be but so beautifully far from where I've been. Sometimes you have to slow down for a moment and just take in all that you've accomplished / overcome.
