Agir face aux changements climatiques est le moins que l'on puisse faire CLIMAT - Tout le monde le sait: si nous n'agissons pas efficacement pour lutter contre les changements climatiques, l'existence même de certains petits États insulaires comme les Maldives dans l'océan Indien ou les Tuvalu dans le Pacifique est sérieusement compromise par la hausse du niveau des mers. A Londres la semaine dernière, à l'occasion d'un dîner organisé conjointement par la France et le Royaume-Uni, un groupe de représentants de ces États a rappelé la gravité de la menace à laquelle ils sont confrontés. Leur message est clair: chacun doit faire davantage pour réduire les émissions et ainsi contribuer à éviter le pire.
