A coherent theory of #instructional_capital is prior to all this. Bits (laws, regulations, software, patents, textbooks, courses & cases, tests) improve by being stressed & repaired to cope with unanticipated cases.

That is markedly different from social (bonds or trust) or individual (bodies).
