1) Fire Roy
2) Don't resign Lee, Boqvist, Soucy
3) Attempt to trade some of Palat, Schenn, Duclair, Mayfield
4) Acquire a top-6 goal scorer
5) Bring up the young guys (culture change)
6) Horvat, Barzal, Schaefer leadership group
I really feel for the guys who carried this team all year, mainly Sorokin, Schaefer, Barzal, and Horvat.
They've very clearly run out of gas and that is in large part due to 1) our GM adding players that don't complement them and 2) our coach deconstructing the lines that were generating. #Isles

Palat and Soucy needlessly took away playing time from younger (and far better) players already on the team. Schenn is yet another 3rd line role guy they don't need.
