new stargazer update, now with his own shoes, instead of siffrins leftover ones, also glasses

to do:
update hat with constellations
remake hair
add the bits from the glasses
other things i probably forgot

edited the siffrin into a isolated stargazer wip

the back hair looks weird but the bangs look nice
