Subtropical depression #Samuel / #Jolina has since deteriorated after its landfall earlier today. Gusty winds may continue on its path inland over Libya and Egypt over the coming hours. We've estimated that its winds are at ~45 km/h with its pressure at 998 hPa.

The #medicane (called Storm #Jolina by DWD or Storm #Samuel by Meteo-France) has made landfall in northeastern #Libya, and it looked pretty close to being fully tropical as it did so, with a rather solid ring of convection surrounding an eye feature.
