Miyuki was actually glad it wasn't hot as hell as outside, but she did wish it would stop pouring. My shoes are going to be soaked, she grumbled to herself. And then my stockings too. The apartment building was modern, probably built now more than 10 years ago. It had replaced a school that had been closed for unknown reasons. What had been there beforehand, Miyuki didn't know. As it was well known that curses loved places from where bad or painful memories sprung, she was surprised this was the first reported incident here. Utahime was waiting in the lobby to greet her, looking like she needed to catch up on her sleep. Of course, lack of sleep was a risk any teacher at either of the jujutsu schools took. Miyuki was still relieved to see her; back in their school days, they'd help each other in high regard, and Utahime was one of the first to see her potential. "Utahime." "Ah, Miyuki. How good to see you." Utahime's expression softened when she saw the younger woman. "What do you know about what's going on here?"
